The importance of training: –
The importance of training is that it will improve the performance of the present and rehabilitation to greater responsibilities in the future and it is important for individuals who join the first time, especially the work that they have not previously trained, they need training on the nature of these works, Training is important and provides this feeling leads to acceptance of training and benefit from it (1).
The importance of training is highlighted, inter alia:

It is also a demolition for individuals who join the first work, especially the work that they have not previously trained, they need training on the nature of these works and there is no doubt that the trainee’s sense of the importance of training is important and the availability of this feeling leads to acceptance of training and benefit from it.
Training reduces the need for supervision.
Training leads to a reduction in the incidence of work accidents. Statistics on occupational accidents have shown that the percentage of injuries in work accidents among trained workers is much lower than among non-trainees. The lower the incidence of work accidents, the less losses incurred by enterprises in the treatment of workers and led to increased production, and thus increase sales and profits.
The training provides job stability at the facility.
