The process of preparing training programs in the hotel sector is one of the most successful ways to overcome the difficulties of obtaining specialized human resources in the sector. Hotel Needs Analysis: – This step calls on the designer to determine whether the program implemented conforms to the actual need to be developed in advance in order to develop the work in the hotel, whether there is a problem already exist or to find an opportunity for development. Functional Behavior Analysis: The effective design of the hotel training program requires the analysis of each task from its functional elements to its components or components. Such as (knowledge, information and skills analysis), which means all behavioral, actual and professional activities and their compatibility with the job site. Trainee Needs Analysis: – The program designer here collects data about the trainees and includes the following:

Scientific experiences, qualifications, personalities and programs in which he participated
Years of previous service
The skill level of the participant
The language of the program
Stimulation methods
General characteristics (behavioral, skill, professional)
Required equipment

Setting goals: –

The objectives of the program are to address the objectives of the program. The effectiveness of the programs depends on the efficiency of the designer in selecting and writing the successful objectives and based on the general and partial goals that reflect the hotel’s needs, job and task behaviors and training methods. 5. Balancing goals with available resources:
