2- Identify and analyze external environmental factors to identify the opportunities and threats that this environment presents to the organization.
3- Identify and analyze internal environmental factors to identify the organization’s strengths and weaknesses.
4- Study the strategic alternatives available to the organization, with the aim of selecting the most appropriate strategic alternative for the organization’s circumstances and one that achieves the goals and objectives it seeks to achieve.
