Follow up and evaluation of training
The follow-up process is defined as an ongoing process intended to ensure that the training plan is implemented strictly without deviation to achieve the final goal with intervention in implementation to remove any obstacles that may obstruct the progress of the plan on its way to achieve the ultimate goal. The intervention may sometimes be modified and developed in the executive procedures to achieve the ultimate goal and process Follow-up is the process of evaluation and is in its favor (1)
The evaluation of the training is intended to determine the extent to which the training program achieves its specific goals and to highlight the aspects of the curriculum to support them and weaknesses in order to overcome them or to avoid them in the next program.
Evaluation of the training program helps answer the following questions
Does spending on training lead to the results desired by management?
What improvements can be saved on training activity to increase effectiveness?
Does it change the training actually used to treat the problem or are there other types of treatment that are more efficient?
