A seminar entitled “Modern Diplomatic Rules of Conduct” was presented at the Hotel Management Department at the Faculty of Tourism Sciences. Samir Khalil Ibrahim, Head of the Information Division at our college and attended the teaching of the department. Iqbal from the Department of Arts at the University of Baghdad, and saw the seminar a scientific discussion between professors promoted by the recommendation to develop the administration of decrees and Etiquette within the subjects of the first stage in the two departments of the College.
