We can classify the following electronic tourism services according to the stages of benefiting from them:
The stage of thinking about taking a tourist trip: It is the stage of inquiry and collecting information through the aforementioned forms, so that the customer uses websites and applications similar to the services provided by social networking sites and official government websites and services provided by YouTube channels and other sites, as well as electronic reservation and payment services or what is known as electronic tickets (Page, 406: 2008)
The stage during the tourist trip: These are services that the tourist often needs on his trip and facilitate his tours, including the services of geographic information systems that help him determine the locations, roads and tourist areas, and the electronic map services provided by the Google Map website and merging them, which are databases that allow the customer to store them in the event of an Internet outage, so he can save them on his mobile phone Yassin Mahmoud and use them at any time.
The stage after the tourist trip: These are the services available in the applications, so that the customer can provide his opinion regarding the quality of the services provided by the tourism organization to him, and this is through the icons designated for that in the applications, as Databases can be activated to be an effective means of knowing purchasing behavior and other indicators provided by applications (Al-Hawamid and Al-Hamri, 73:2006)
