Registration with social accounts and email: This is a feature that works on direct registration via the email registered on the device or social site
The ability to browse without the Internet: This is a very practical feature, especially in the event that the Internet is not available for applications.
Speed of performance for applications: This means ensuring a design or site with features that do not consume high flow. (Hussein, 2021: 48)
Accessibility of the site / electronic applications and ease of use:

This means the method of providing these services and the approved system, whether in applications designed specifically for this purpose and through websites or social networking sites, so that these means differ from each other in terms of design, method of obtaining them, and the extent of the organization’s and customer’s control over them. Here, the application or site is for users’ options and matching them with the services provided and avoiding filling in inappropriate options or those that consume high Internet flow.

Reliability and security: This means that the service is performed regularly and at a constant level at all times and in any place, and the organization works to adhere to its promises made to its customers.

Flexibility and dynamism (interactivity): This means the permanent and continuous interaction between the organization and its customers and providing ways to communicate with them so that they can contact it easily through the website or application, and that these methods are diverse and adaptable to customer requirements when problems arise and solve them in a timely manner.
Responsiveness: The website and electronic application respond to the customer’s needs when choosing tourism services in an effective manner that ensures facing problems and providing solutions to the customer quickly and safely (Munir, 2017: 73)
