Conclusions

This research aims to reach a set of conclusions, as follows:
1. The Al-Maimounah Hotel, the study sample, recognizes the importance of information technology in contributing to knowledge acquisition and experience exchange between the organization and competing organizations, and in achieving success factors through the application of outstanding performance and quality of service provided.
2. The use of technology has significantly contributed to the development of hotel services in terms of speed of delivery.
3. The hotels surveyed in the study sample recognize the adoption of a policy of designing and providing banking services that surpass those offered by competitors.
4. A culture of quality represents a hot and important concept within the organization that requires significant attention and valuable care, and its dissemination to all departments of the organization in order to improve performance and achieve excellence.
5. A culture of quality is based on a set of values, beliefs, and behaviors that define the directions of departments and individuals. These values may vary from one organization to another, depending on the nature and work of these organizations and the surrounding environment. 6. Supporting senior management is a fundamental pillar in spreading culture, as senior management culture is reflected in employee culture. Therefore, the focus must be primarily on senior management culture and strengthening it to ensure the proper dissemination of the culture of quality among employees.
7. The studied organization possesses most of the basic elements of quality culture values, which helps adopt the concept of quality culture in this region to improve hotel service performance.

Second: Recommendations
This research aims to outline the recommendations reached, as follows:
A. The necessity of adopting a technological approach that contributes to gaining a competitive advantage by adopting change processes resulting from emulating the most successful organizations.
B. The necessity for management to adopt, through change and innovation, the nature of hotel services in line with the continuous changes in customer needs and desires.
C. Striving to reduce service costs while maintaining the level of quality in the hotel operations and practices of the study sample.
D. Spreading a quality culture is one of the basic requirements for implementing quality management systems, achieving excellence, and improving performance.
e. Focus on giving the strategic dimension extensive attention, given its direct impact on deepening the culture of quality. This is the performance that senior management uses to implement the organization’s mission, vision, and total quality policy, through training courses held within the organization.
f. It is imperative that hotel management focus its attention on studying the elements of a quality culture and the appropriate environment it requires. This reflects the importance of implementing total quality management programs to enhance their competitive position.
