Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Karbala University and the supervision of the respected Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, the Religious Tourism Department at the College of Tourism Sciences held a virtual workshop entitled (An initial reading in the draft General Budget Law 2021) on Tuesday 5/1/2021 at nine in the evening, and reviewed the minutes of the workshop Prof. Dr. Fouad Abdel Mohsen Obada is the most important axis approved by the draft Federal Budget Law for 2021 related to
1. The impact of changing the Iraqi dinar exchange rate on both the budget estimates, and the decrease in the citizen’s purchasing power.
2. The extent to which the proper planning of programs and projects is approved.
3. The planned deficit and its effect on debt-dumping Iraq.
4. The extent to which the income tax increase is consistent with the laws in force.
