The College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the importance of customer service in managing the front offices of the Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) Pilgrims’ City, with the participation of its staff.
The course, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Muntadhar Kazim Shamran, aimed to enhance employees’ capabilities in dealing with visitors efficiently and professionally, by focusing on customer service principles, effective communication skills, and managing various situations to ensure the best visitor experience.
This training program comes within the framework of academic cooperation between the University of Karbala and the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, with the aim of developing the skills of employees and improving the quality of services.
