The College of Tourism Sciences Organizes a Training Course on the Art of Effective Communication

The College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the art of effective communication, presented by Dr. Mahdi Muhammad Mahdi.

The course, which targeted members of the protocol department at the Imam Hussein (PBUH) City for visitors, covered the concept of communication and the difference between them. It also addressed the importance of communication in the workplace, its types, and its objectives. The course also included practical exercises on managing priorities according to the principle of urgent versus important, as well as theoretical and practical tests.
