The College of Tourism Sciences holds a course for members of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine on the art of dealing with others.
In the presence of the Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Salam Jaafar Al-Asadi, and the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Nadia Al-Waili, the “Art of Dealing with Others” (Etiquette) course concluded. The course was held in the Riyada Hall for members of the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine’s Visitors’ City.
The course lasted three days and was presented by Dr. Haider Al-Sultani, an instructor in the Department of Travel and Air Service.
The course covered several topics aimed at improving communication and interaction skills in daily life, such as conversation etiquette and listening, proper reception of guests, respecting appointments, table etiquette, consideration of others’ feelings, and clothing etiquette
