College of Tourism Sciences organizes a training course on using Galileo program in booking travel

The Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Tourism Sciences, organized a training course for its students on using Galileo program to book travel in travel and aviation companies, presented by Professor Hussein Abdul Amir Kazim.

The course included a detailed explanation of the mechanisms for booking and managing airline tickets, issuing electronic tickets, modifying and canceling reservations, and dealing with pricing systems and travel conditions. The importance of electronic reservation systems in facilitating travel procedures and enhancing work efficiency in the tourism and aviation sector was also addressed.

The course aimed to provide students with the technical skills necessary to increase their opportunities in the labor market, and to introduce them to the latest technologies used in the field of tourism and travel.
