Public relations are of great importance in modern administrative systems, as they are assigned vital roles related to highlighting the bright image of the institution and the services it provides to its community. Thus, public relations constitute a link of communication and an active tool of interaction inside and outside the institution. The success of the institution does not depend on its achievements if it is unable to highlight these achievements to the groups.

Public relations are essential to the success of any institution or organization in today’s world, for several reasons:
1. Building trust: Public relations contribute to building trust and credibility between the institution and its audience. When relationships are strong and built on honesty and transparency, it becomes easier for the audience to accept and understand the institution’s message.
