The objectives of public relations vary and include several aspects, the most important of which are:
1. Building a positive reputation and image: Public relations aims to build a positive reputation for the institution or organization in the minds of the public and customers.
2. Enhancing communication and interaction: Public relations aims to enhance communication and interaction between the institution and the public, achieve positive interaction and build strong relationships.
3. Enhancing transparency and trust: Public relations seeks to enhance transparency in dealings and communications, and build trust between the institution and the public.
4. Crisis management: Public relations aims to provide support and guidance in crisis situations and deal with them effectively to maintain the institution’s reputation.
5. Achieving marketing objectives: Public relations aims to achieve marketing objectives and increase awareness of the brand and products or services provided.
6. Enhancing interaction with the media: Public relations aims to build strong relationships with the media and enhance interaction with them to convey messages correctly and effectively.
