Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences participates in the meeting of the Scientific Council for the Development of Continuing Education at the University of Karbala
The Dean of the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala, Assistant Professor Dr. Salam Jaafar Al-Asadi, participated in the periodic meeting of the Scientific Council of the Continuing Education Center at the University, which was held under the chairmanship of the Scientific Assistant to the President of the University, Professor Dr. Haider Imran.
During the meeting, a number of important issues related to developing the center’s activities and enhancing the quality of continuing education at the university were discussed. The importance of the center’s role in meeting the needs of society was also emphasized, with a focus on promoting continuing education as a basic means of professional development and academic achievement.
The meeting also discussed ongoing training courses, scientific workshops, and updating teaching methods courses, in addition to the need to support the educational and research process, with an emphasis on establishing effective partnerships with various institutions and providing community service through scientific and cognitive research.
The meeting concluded with directives aimed at enhancing cooperation between the university and the local community, reflecting the University of Karbala’s commitment to providing continuing education as a tool for developing individuals and society.
