College of Tourism Sciences organizes a training course on hospitality etiquette
The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on hospitality etiquette, lectured by: Dr. Muslim Ali Abis, Dr. Mahdi Muhammad Mahdi, and Dr. Mohsen Abdul Hussein Mahdi.
The course, which targeted hospitality employees at the university, included three axes, including: the origin and concept of etiquette, and priorities for serving guests, and also addressed the practical aspect of providing hospitality.
The three-day course aimed to increase awareness among hospitality employees on the subject of etiquette, and to urge and motivate them to apply the rules and priorities of providing hospitality to guests.
