Workshop at the College of Tourism Sciences on the importance of awareness and training at work

The Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, organized a training workshop on the importance of awareness and training at work, presented by Dr. Ghosoun Kazim Al-Janabi and Ms. Huda Mahdi Al-Bayati.

The workshop, which targeted college students, included three axes. The first axis dealt with awareness as a tool for development, the second with training and skill building, and the third axis was about measuring and improving performance.

The workshop aimed to introduce students to the importance of awareness and training in developing performance, with a focus on how to implement effective training programs to improve the quality of services.
