Providing qualified workers is one of the most prominent components needed by sports tourism, and this is not limited to sports institutions alone, but also includes qualified workers in the tourist facilities that travelers and tourists need as well.

The population is an important factor and contributor to tourism activity. It is also one of the important axes in population studies through which the size of the population in the future can be estimated. Population growth is linked to natural increase, which is the difference between births and deaths, in addition to net migration, which is a basic factor in population growth. It seems that the first two factors are more stable than migration. This factor leads to a sudden increase or decrease in the population, especially those in the economically active ages, and then affects the processes of establishing tourism projects, because the workforce has an important and fundamental impact on the establishment of all tourism activities that seek to achieve tourism gains, including:

A- Achieving comfort and refreshment for the body and mind, but it has become necessary in modern life

B- Achieving pleasure and excitement with things that the world’s media has worked to support.

C- Practicing sports activities such as skiing, mountain climbing and horseback riding

D- Interest in historical and archaeological areas. As we see from here, we find that man has not turned to tourism since the beginning unless he has three elements:

1- Financial pleasure

2- Free time

3- Generating the desire to practice new activities
