It is all the ways and methods that are concerned with dealing with any matters that may later cause loss or damage, whatever its form, and finding all possible means that can help us avoid these problems before they occur in the first place, when they occur, and after they occur. They may take the form of mandatory laws and instructions written in the work charter or the internal law booklet or in the employment contract, for example, or verbal warnings, advice and instructions, regardless of the party that provided them, whether the hotel manager or the manager of your department or the manager of personnel affairs or the manager of the security department or one of his employees or even your colleague in the department. These laws may differ from one department to another, but the origin is one and common, and this difference is due to the nature of the work. For example, the maintenance department whose employees deal with electricity is different from the kitchen department whose employees deal with cutting and sharp machines. Everyone who violates these laws must be punished because the damages that may occur go beyond the personal scope to become a disaster, and many problems are caused by small negligence that grows to become difficult to control, and therefore they must be reported and dealt with.
Any malfunction or danger that may pose a threat to any aspect of security can be reported at any moment, especially since it is not possible to specify a time for it or predict its occurrence.
Hotel safety can be defined as:
The results we reach by following the principle of taking causes (security) and it does not care about the cause as much as security cares about it, and it extends to include the entire building as buildings, equipment, tools, guests, employees, and even the hotel’s surroundings and surroundings.
Safety, in other words, is the absence of theft, injuries, pollution, diseases, or other things, regardless of the cause.
