The importance of using artificial intelligence technologies in providing tourism services

Artificial intelligence is one of the fields of computer science, and its idea is based on programming a group of smart electronic devices and systems that can perform many tasks accurately and effectively and in a way that simulates human intelligence, and can also learn new knowledge and experiences according to the surrounding conditions and interact with humans through sound and image, and artificial intelligence technologies have become one of the main pillars in various areas of life such as education, medicine, agriculture, industry and other different fields due to the many benefits that result from using these technologies. The tourism sector is considered one of the sectors that have benefited greatly from artificial intelligence technologies in a number of areas of tourism work, most notably the management and analysis of large tourism data to come up with the best and most accurate possible results. The industrial memory is considered one of the modern technological images that the tourism sector, as one of the service sectors, can rely on, as most services, and tourism services in particular, are mostly based on the human element, and these services may be provided in different parts of the world, where we find that the method of providing the service may differ from one person to another or may differ in the same person, so the service face a major problem, which is the inability to maintain a fixed form of the service provided, and the ability to change the service provision may cause some problems, as it is difficult to follow up and monitor to ensure the stability of the service provision standards, especially since the production and consumption process occurs at the same time. There is a tendency to consider services and their reliance on equipment and devices as less susceptible to change, and therefore service organizations, including tourism organizations, seek to reduce the ability to change by selecting, training, motivating, and monitoring workers and replacing employees with devices and machines in order to reduce the ability to change human beings.
