The success of the promotion process requires the following:
Taking into account the tourist seasons when developing the tourism promotion policy.
Diversifying tourism programs to include all new services and tourism patterns.
Developing new tourist areas that are characterized by new elements of tourist attraction.
Relying on scientific methods in choosing tourism marketing policies to invade and penetrate some tourist markets.
Simplifying the various procedures related to the arrival and departure of tourists.
Holding conferences and seminars in other countries by those responsible for external tourism promotion.
Good coordination and organization required for the agencies that develop the tourism promotion policy.
Focusing on various promotional means such as advertising, public relations, etc., especially during times of tourism recession. (Bushra and others, 2023: 20)
: Management of tourism promotion strategies:
The success of the tourism strategy requires the following:
Clarity of tasks and goals
Realism of the goals required to be achieved through human and financial resources
The ability of the goals to be measured periodically and the use of sound standards that are consistent with the content, outlets or benefits for both parties of the tourism equation and related services on the one hand and the tourist and his tastes and capabilities on the other hand.
Integration of the various elements of the tourism marketing mix from the product, hotel, means of transportation, means of communication and means of tourism promotion, tour operators, any contradiction between the elements of the tourism marketing mix is negatively reflected in the position and feelings of the tourist visiting the tourist or hotel site. (Areej and others, 2022: 21 – 22)
