Forms of electronic tourism services:

The great acceleration, especially with the development of the Internet and its arrival to the second generation (web 2) and the shift from static websites and web pages to dynamic web pages, which led to the spread of social networking sites and the emergence of new forms of providing electronic tourism services,

Among these forms:-

Website: The tourism organization designs an official website in which it displays everything related to its activities from services provided and displaying tourist interfaces with customers and filing complaints for inquiries, in addition to the fact that there are organizations that activate electronic payment and reservation systems on their websites and manage customers and facilitate databases ((kwebs & wall, 2006: 110
Android applications: These are applications designed in a special electronic environment and run on smart devices and tablets and are considered one of the most important applications in their use for ease of downloading and also free of charge, but they require the organization to have complete control and employ people who have the ability to design well and activate the foundations of databases in saving and protecting its customers’ data

Android applications have become competitive with many other operating systems Similar to Windows and Apple, they are applications that take several forms in their design: they may be social networking applications, applications specific to the organization only, or various shared applications.

Applications specific to the organization: through which the tourism organization displays its services, how to obtain them, and methods of payment.

Various applications: These are applications that provide various services to tourism organizations, through which the customer filters preferences among a group of service offers provided by these organizations and chooses the best of them that suits his needs ((Baggio, 2014: 52
