The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Tourism Sciences at the University of Karbala organized a training course on the making of a leader, in which Dr. Dhiaa Radhi Al-Safi lectured, with the participation of college students.
The course aimed to shed light on the mechanism of making a leader and the extent of his influence on academic and educational institutions, as well as motivating the student leader to contribute effectively to the development of the tourism sector in Karbala.
The course included several axes, the most important of which was addressing the ways of making a leader and his characteristics in managing administrative and educational institutions.
