It is an inn that provides food, service and shelter to the guest for a specific period in return for a fee “(Youssef, 2016: 15) and British law defined it as: A hotel is a place where a committed traveler meets shelter and food services for a specific price that he is able to pay, and according to this law, the hotel must provide shelter, food and drink services to travelers who are able to pay for them, and it has the right to refuse to provide these services to travelers who are unable to pay for them. It is a place where a resident, tourist, guest or guest obtains all the services that he can obtain in his home, but in return for a fee agreed upon in advance “(Aboui, 45:2008)
As for the concept of hotel services, Al-Rousan (5:2007) believes that the concept of hotel services: are the material and non-material activities that can be provided separately and provide satisfaction to the desires and needs of guests, and are not necessarily linked to the sale of another product, and when providing the service does not require the transfer of ownership
It is a group of works that provide guests with comfort and facilities when purchasing and consuming services and goods Hotel services during their stay at the hotel “(Kafi, 2016: 182)

1- The importance of hotel services
Hotel services lie in the following: (Bouzazo and Al-Amaira, 2007: 3)
A- Improvement and meeting the needs of employees.
B- Attention to the quality of service in hotel organizations leads to reducing the number of complaints.
C- Increase customer satisfaction.
D- Increase efficiency and attract new customers as well as achieve a competitive advantage in the market.
C- It benefits management and helps to draw a marketing strategy in the nature of the ultimate goal of service provision efforts, which leads to achieving the satisfaction of those targeted by these services.
